About Julie Larsen

A Napa Valley native, Julie Larsen is a tenacious, diligent, and trusted Broker Associate who combines more than three decades of real estate expertise with her construction background and passion for wine to serve home buyers and sellers in Napa and the surrounding counties. She formed the Julie Larsen Real Estate Group to bring together a skilled team to help you reach your real estate goals and continually surpass your expectations.

As part of Compass, Julie has access to industry-leading technology that empowers her to share insights from real-time market data, accurately price homes, and create sophisticated, compelling marketing collateral. Julie believes in an all-encompassing approach and uses every tool at her disposal, including tried-and-true techniques such as direct mail campaigns and word-of-mouth advertising, to secure the best deal possible for her clients. As a result of her client-centered focus, much of Julie’s business is referral based and many of her clients become long-term friends.

After earning her degree in construction management from the University of California, Davis, Julie worked at Andrews & Thornley Construction who built some of Napa Valley’s finest wineries, hotels, and professional sports training facilities. She pivoted her efforts to real estate in 1995 to work more directly with clients and eventually earned a Viticulture degree as well, so that she could better speak to and understand the needs of vineyard estate owners.

A lifelong equestrian, Julie spends her downtime taking care of her retired horse and exploring Northern California’s abundant natural beauty with her husband, Brian, and their wonderful children and grandchildren. Brian often lends Julie his keen design eye, strengthening her already formidable home staging and repairs program. Julie cherishes community and over the years has dedicated herself to organizations such as Leadership Napa Valley, Shriners Hospital, Future Farmers of America, 4-H, and various homeowners and association boards.
